A typical project spans 12 to 14 weeks and consists of client check-ins, midterm deliverables, and a final deliverable.

Marketing Strategy

Create comprehensive marketing campaigns based on industry overview, competitive landscape, and target market. Eg. Provide The RealReal with recommendations to strengthen their sustainability and relevance among Gen Z.

Product Development

Strengthen current positioning strategies, value propositions, and identify key performance indicators. Eg. Advise GlobalGiving on product positioning and pricing strategies using market research and competitive analysis.

UX Research

Conduct secondary and primary research towards daily behaviors and to meet the exact needs of users. Eg. Provide UberEats with secondary and primary research on the two proposed initiatives to target the college market.
